Learning and Skills Council Annual Report

We are...

The Learning and Skills Council is a government funded body, with a budget of £8billion. They exist to make the adult workforce of England better skilled and internationally competitive by planning and funding high quality education and training for the aged 16+ workforce. The LSC annual report needed to engage an extremely diverse readership from the Government and employers/partners to learners.

In line with LSC reforms, the report's pagination was broken down into the key stakeholder groups, slimmed down and streamlined aiding clarity and achieving communication objectives in a complex area.

Throughout the report a number of graphic devices have been employed to assist the delivery of information whether the audience seeks a ten second, ten minute or one hour read. Together with clearly structured content, the report was awarded the Crystal Mark for Plain English. It also won the Accountancy Age's Public and Voluntary Report and Accounts Award 2004.
