Constructing the brand

The Miller Group is the UK's largest privately owned property development, house-building and construction services company. The relationship between the Group and Navyblue began with an annual report, moved into identity work and more recently, a successful website.

Navyblue created a brand framework to reposition the Group as a deal driven development group with a long-term strategic outlook. The creative brief for the annual review evolved from pivotal research into employee, partner and customer perception, which set parameters and informed the new corporate identity.

Applied to everything from stationery, literature and the website to vehicle livery, clothing and signage, the identity was tracked from concept through development to launch empowering a new definition of the Group's role and purpose.

Following the Group's tenth successive year of profit, one of the most recent annual reviews was themed around a school report - 10/10 for growth, for performance, for business, for partnerships and for community and the environment.
