Creating a spectrum of communication materials for one of the largest homebuilders in the UK, Miller Homes a division of the Miller Group, Navyblue developed a brand including a branding device called 'A place to...'.

Reflecting the aspirational lifestyle of potential purchasers, this approach offered enormous flexibility, its use quickly evolving into site literature, signage and the look and feel of sales centres into a website displaying the properties in their best light. In a strategic alliance with an advertising agency, 'A place to...' was also extended into an above the line advertising campaign.

By creating a consistent approach to every aspect of the way in which the Miller Homes brand was expressed through its varied communications media, the company now enjoys a highly individual, memorable and powerful proposition.
