Bright Grey, a new division of Royal London, challenges convention. It was launched in March 2003 as a new lifestyle protection provider and is now a major player in the marketplace.

Initially tasked as the lead agency collaborating with advertising and direct mail specialists, Navyblue now works autonomously to design and deliver the complete communications platform for Bright Grey.

Through the relationship, Navyblue has a strong and unparalleled knowledge of the brand values, with responsibility for administering all internal and external communications, from multimedia design and web authoring through to brochureware, signage and road shows.

Bright Grey places real value on high levels of customer care and service. By extending the brand values into the workplace environment Navyblue has also encouraged ownership and responsibility as well as an attitude for brand awareness.
